You can get involved whether or not you have used our services. If you or your family have been a patient of ours, we would really appreciate your comments- good or bad- and suggestions. They will be noted and used to help improve our service in the future, for you and for other patients. You may never have used our service, but if you have an interest we would still like to hear from you.

We would also like to establish a patient forum, where former patients or their relatives can attend group meetings, or take part in occasional patient or public surveys. You may want to take part on a one-off basis to comment on a particular issue or as an on-going member. You can have as little or as much involvement as you wish.
